Master Bedroom Refresh

Clearly my version of nesting this pregnancy is revamping several rooms in our home.  I have been looking for new bedding for our master bedroom for years (literally) since we've had our set since we got married.  The trend right now is white and grey and I'm totally on board but our home just doesn't fit with that.  Our bedroom walls are sea foam green (selected by the previous owner) and our furniture is a rich brown.  I bought a white duvet but it was just way too stark.  The girls have had bedding from Beddy's for years and we are just obsessed!  Although I'm so in love with their bedding I just hadn't given it serious consideration for our bed.  In my constant searching I finally decided to look at the adult options at Beddy's and I'm so thrilled that I did.  I decided on the Oh So Boho set which is an oatmeal color.  It is absolutely perfect for our space and the convenience of the zippered bedding is just as great for adults as it is kids.  Let's be honest all husbands are just like kids so now Kevin has no excuse for making his side of the bed.

The top part of Beddy's is minky fabric and I can't tell you how comfy and soft it is.  The bottom sheet and pillow cases are traditional cotton fabric.  Washing is very simple; just unzip and wash and dry as normal.  Making the bed is such a breeze compared to normal bedding.  I am totally sold on Beddy's for both adults and kids and can't say enough good things about them.

As part of our room refresh I added a sign from Hobby Lobby above our bed and a bench from Kirklands.  The additional pillows and throw blanket are from Home Goods and Steinmart.

My blue floral maternity robe is from PinkBlush Maternity.  I love the floral print and how light weight the material is yet it's not cheap looking.  It's perfect for pregnancy but will still fit great after the baby is here.
