I feel like I got a late start on Spring Cleaning this year because the weather has been so bi-polar. Friday was cold and almost felt like Winter. It quickly is skyrocketing to the 90's and I think Summer is just around the corner and Spring will be very short this year. When the weather gets nice it motivates me to do some deep cleaning around the house. It's also the time of year that I accomplish things that I only tackle once a year.

When the seasons change I also hire some outside help to take care of items that need yearly service. I was so happy with Lee's Air in the past that I had them back out again but this time for a plumbing inspection. The key to avoiding high cost disasters are inspections and regular maintenance.
Ben from Lee's Air checked all of our plumbing: sinks, toilets, showers, tubs and water heaters. The inspection let us know if there were any leaks, problems, or inefficiencies. Luckily for us there were no leaks or problems but since we have an old house some of the items like one of our water heaters is extremely inefficient. What I loved most about the inspection was the emailed report that we received instantly. This way I have a record of the findings along with pictures and recommendations. Lee's is extremely professional, kind and courteous and I highly suggest you making an appointment for a Spring Checkup.
Be sure to check out their Summer promotion for a Cruise voucher and $500 cash with the purchase of a new HVAC system.
