Crockpot Lasagna
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
29 oz. can tomato sauce
Dried Oregano
Dried Basil
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Lasagna Noodles
3.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
16 oz Cottage Cheese
1 egg
Directions:
1. Spray the inside of the crock-pot with cooking spray or line crockpot with
crockpot liner and then spray with cooking spray.
2. Brown the ground beef. Drain
beef, then season with oregano, basil, garlic salt, and pepper to taste. Stir
the tomato sauce in with the ground beef. Simmer for 15-60 minutes for
added flavor.

Spread 1/4 of the meat sauce on the bottom of the crock-pot.

Arrange uncooked noodles over the sauce (I usually break them up so they fit
better).

Combine the cheeses and egg in a bowl. Spoon 1/3 of the cheeses over the
noodles.
6. Repeat these layers twice.
7. Top with remaining sauce.
8. Cover and cook on low for 4
hours.
9. Top with
shredded mozzarella cheese 10 minutes before serving.
