My packing list is fairly simple this time around.  Last time I took quite a few more things and never touched them.

My hospital bag includes:

Nursing Bra and Cami

Going home outfit for me

Toiletries

Makeup

Dry Shampoo

Flat Iron and Brush

Phone Charger

Snacks for the nurses (big hit last time)

Gift for Emily from her baby sister when she comes to meet her

Breast pump stuff (tubing, shields, Lanolin cream, etc.)

Diapers

Burp Cloths

Swaddling Blankets

Bottle Nipples

Recovery Items for mommy
