My youngest nephew recently turned one and had a milk and cookies party. It was super cute and lots of fun. Emily had a blast playing bubbles and running around with her cousins. Jake loved his cake and I do have to say it was delicious, I had a huge piece. I also filled up on half a dozen delicious cookies; I thought I was the cookie monster.

It is mainly used in voltage grade lines below 110KV, such as suburban power distribution network and rural power grid. Affected by line power failure, safety and other factors, it is mostly used on new lines:
1. Replace one phase in the three-phase power system with OPPC to form a transmission line consisting of two wires and one OPPC. The mechanical and electrical characteristics match the adjacent two wires;
2, in the middle and low voltage power grid, especially the distribution lines below 35KV, some can not set up ground wire when used;
3, it is not suitable to set up OPGW and ADSS cable transmission lines.
